WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
Thanks to smart logistical decisions, we can provide the whole shipping experience without having our own warehouse. This gives us the opportunity to offer free worldwide shipping.
All orders come complete with a tracking number so you can stay up to date on your order once it is dispatched. Tracking may not be available to all countries. If you have any questions regarding shipping, feel free to contact us.
The shipping time does not include the processing time that can take up to 3 days.
In very rare cases, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by customs, which unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
